How does partner data exchange work?
Partners send structured updates, from their own systems or through a simple portal: goods received, delivery times, damages and documents such as the CMR. HILO checks each update and brings it directly into your ERP or operational process.
Can AI assistants and agents use our operational data?
Yes. HILO gives AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot and Mistral access to defined, access-controlled and traceable operational data, for example through MCP. Answers about orders, shipments and stock come with their sources.
Do we need to replace our ERP, TMS or WMS?
